Functions: To assist with pioneer settlements, the broadening and consolidation of the foundations of the three newly emerged regional Assemblies in Western Europe; to open the one remaining virgin goal in Spitzbergen; to resettle any virgin territory assigned to the American National Spiritual Assembly which Bahá’í pioneers have been forced to abandon; to assist in the planning and carrying out of the teaching work in France in preparation for the establishment of the National Spiritual Assembly of France in Riḍván, 1958; to assist the American National Assembly in maintaining helpful contact with the new Regional National Spiritual Assemblies in Western Europe.
