Introduction

Weare well into the second year of the Five Year Plan, and the National Spiritual Assembly and its appointed agencies together with the Local Spiritual Assemblies all over the continent are stretching their energies both day and night to respond to this most vital task. It becomes

overwhelmingly apparent that if all the goals are to be won, especially those concerning expansion on the homefront, we must focus on the role of the individual believer.

We are confident that once the individual believer knows what is expected of him and how he can go about accomplishing it, he will arise to meet this most urgent challenge successfully.

The purpose of this compilation is to explain to the individual believer his role in the Five Year Plan and how he can successfully discharge his share of the responsibility placed upon the American community as a whole.
