168.1 The Research Department has recently prepared two compilations from the Writings of Bahá’u’lláh and ‘Abdu’l-Bahá and the letters of Shoghi Effendi on the subject of “Bahá’í Meetings” and “The Nineteen Day Feast,” and copies are sent to you herewith.[1]
168.2 The Universal House of Justice leaves it to your discretion to decide in which manner these texts may be shared with the friends under your jurisdiction.
