To all National Spiritual Assemblies
Dear Bahá’í Friends,
266.1 . . . The attached compilation on the importance of participation in meetings of a National Spiritual Assembly by its entire membership has been prepared to assist members of these divinely ordained bodies to understand the nature and importance of the responsibilities they must assume when they are elected by their fellow believers.[1] The House of Justice requests that every member of your Assembly be provided with a copy of this compilation, and that it be the subject of prayerful consultation at an early meeting of your Assembly.
266.2 Many of the passages included in the compilation apply equally to Local Spiritual Assemblies.
