First conference (will be) convened by British Na- tional Spiritual Assembly (in) Kampala, Uganda (in) early spring, representative of British, American, Per- sian, Egyptian, Indian National Spiritual Assemblies, to whch Baha'is residing Persia, Indian subcontinent, Brtish Isles, every territory African continent (will be) invited attend, aiming planting banner (of) Faith (in) remaining territories (and) neighboring islands east, south, west African continent.

Address plea particularly (to) convenors above men- tioned conferences (to) arise within short time (at their) disposal, prayerfully consider, carefully plan, ener- getically prosecute, respective sacred delegated tasks, take immediate preliminary steps issue invitations, fix procedure, provide smooth working, accord wide publicity, insure resounding success, epoch-making con- ferences immortalizing Centenary (of) memorable Year, anticipated (by) St. John (the) Divine, foreshad- owed (by) Shaykh Ahmad, eulogized (by the) Bab, extolled (by) both Baha’u'llah (and) ‘Abdu'l-Baha, and constituting prelude (to) Most Great Jubilee, which will alike commemorate Centenary formal assumption (by) Author (of) Baha'i Revelation (of) His Prophetic Office, (and) mark, God willing, worldwide establishment Faith forecast (by) Center (of) Covenant (in) His Tab- lets, prophecied (by) Daniel (in) his book, thus paving way (for) advent (of) Golden Age destined witness world recognition, universal proclamation, ultimate tri- umph (of the) Cause of Baha'u'llah.

A Summons to the Entire Baha’i World Beloved Baha’i friends:
The Guardian has presented his message of Novem- ber 30 as a “momentous announcement.”” He summons the entire Baha’i world, through the existing National Spiritual Assemblies, to arise during the coming six- teen months and prepare for an unprecedented demon- stration of Baha’i solidarity.
In this cablegram we learn with awe that the inter-

continental stage in the evolution of the Baha’i adminis-
trative order will be inaugurated, that the Centenary
of Baha’u’llah’s mystical experience will begin in Oc-
tober, 1952, and be signalized, in addition to festivites
planned by each National Assembly, by the formal dedi-
cation of the Baha’i House of Worship for public wor-
ship, the possible completion of the superstructure cf
the Bab’s Sepulchre, and by the holding of four great
intercontinental Teaching Conferences.
We learn further that the Divine Plan revealed by ‘Abdu’l-Bahé during the dark days of the first World War will be fulfilled in its initial epoch by 1963. To bring this to pass, great new teaching projects are to be launched during the succession of international Con- ferences in 1953.
The vista is glorious beyond the power of words to
describe. It is an assertion of power transcending hu- man ability to generate. The divine Will itself seizes hold of human affairs. The world is to be transformed. The faith of every Baha’i will be required to yield its fruit.
The Announcement calls for formulation of plans com- mensurate with the scope of the Jubilee program. As the plans unfold, the friends will be kept informed. Meanwhile may there be much prayer and meditation throughout the Baha’i community, to open our inner eyes, fire our hearts, and steel our resolves to do, each one, his utmost for the accomplishment of an inter- continental mission through which the oneness of man- kind will be demonstrated and its foundation firmly laid.
